This is what Ascension Performance Labs is: a house to support the best Exercise Scientists, Exercise Physiologists, and Strength and Conditioning Coaches, to share their ideas, concepts, research, and methods to bring you the very best in training, coaching, and results. No single coach has all the answers, but a team of the best will have many.
